Role :Sr. UI/UX Designer

Location: Hyderabad | Work Mode: Office

Job Description:

As a Sr. UX/UI Designer at Zenwork, you will contribute to creating seamless and intuitive digital experiences for our products. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Senior Designers to design user-friendly interfaces, improve workflows, and ensure consistency across the product suite. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about combining user research, creativity,



and design principles to build impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

User Experience (UX):

- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes based on research insights.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into intuitive experiences.

User Interface (UI):

- Create visually appealing, responsive, and accessible designs.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system and style guide to ensure a unified look and feel across all product suite.
- Produce high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Sketch.

Collaboration & Execution:

- Work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback into iterative improvements.
- Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-6 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within SaaS or B2B products.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and creative problem-solving.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end concepts (not mandatory but helps collaboration with developers).
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects.

Nice to have:

- Experience designing for enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Exposure to motion design and micro-interactions.
