Roles & Responsibilities;

1- Lead the credit underwriting function for Education Institution Loans across the assigned territory

2- Evaluate and sanction credit proposals for schools, colleges, coaching institutes, universities, trusts, societies, and other educational institutions

3- Conduct detailed financial, business, management, operational, and collateral assessments

4- Assess borrowers' repayment capacity through analysis of audited financial statements, cash flows, banking transactions, income tax returns, and other relevant documents

5- Review legal, technical, valuation, and compliance reports before recommending or approving proposals

6- Monitor portfolio quality, early warning signals, delinquency trends, and recommend corrective actions where required

7- Work closely with Sales,



Credit Operations, Legal, Technical, Collections, and Business teams to facilitate timely processing and disbursement of cases

Key Skills Needed;

1- Expertise in Education Institution Loans, School Funding, LAP, Mortgage Loans, and secured lending

2- Sound understanding of financial statement analysis, cash flow assessment, and ratio analysis

3- Knowledge of legal documentation, property valuation, technical due diligence, and collateral evaluation

4- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining defined TATs

5- Solid decision-making and analytical abilities
