Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Technical Project Manager to lead implementation, rollout, integration, and enhancement projects across the SAP SuccessFactors landscape. The candidate should have robust technical knowledge of SuccessFactors and experience managing global delivery teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate technical workstreams across SuccessFactors modules, SAP HCM/S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and third-party systems.
- Drive integration planning using SAP Integration Suite (CPI), APIs, middleware, and payroll systems.
- Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, architects, consultants, and technical teams.
- Prepare project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and executive dashboards.
- Conduct technical design reviews and solution architecture discussions.
- Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and governance standards.
- Manage data migration, integration testing, UAT, cutover,



and hypercare activities.
- Track project progress, manage dependencies, and resolve issues.
- Coordinate SAP SuccessFactors quarterly release assessments.
- Manage vendors and ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct steering committee meetings and executive project updates.
- Mentor project teams and support knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors architecture.
- Experience with Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules.
- Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite (CPI), APIs, OData, and middleware.
- Experience with SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA HR integrations, IAS, and IPS.
- Strong understanding of data migration, security, and release management.
- Expertise in project planning, budgeting, resource management, and risk management.
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Experience managing global and offshore delivery teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP SuccessFactors Certification.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or SAFe Certification.
- SAP Activate methodology experience.
- Experience in HR digital transformation programs.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
