- 17+ years of overall experience in Software Engineering.
- Strong Enterprise Software Development background.
- Hands-on experience in AI-driven software engineering and test automation.
- Experience implementing AI/Automation solutions using Playwright and/or Cypress.
- Proven experience delivering AI and Automation projects in an enterprise setting.
- Engineering Manager experience with a minimum of 5 years in people management.
- Must have managed 1012 or more direct FTEs (mandatory).
- Experience managing cross-functional software engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and Software Quality Engineering.
