About the Role:
We are seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with robust expertise in performance marketing, marketing automation, AI-driven tools, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving brand growth through data-led strategy, creative execution, and modern digital systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage full-funnel digital strategies across paid ads, social media, SEO, content, and automation.

- Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

- Implement and manage marketing automation workflows, CRM integrations, and AI-based optimisation tools.

- Use AI tools for content planning, ad optimisation, reporting, and audience insights.

- Analyse campaign data, track KPIs, and present clear insights to improve ROI and lead quality.





- Mentor and guide the digital team across performance, content, design, and social media.

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams for timely execution and growth-focused strategies.

- Develop monthly/quarterly growth plans and identify new digital opportunities and channels.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with strong performance marketing expertise.

- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Zapier, etc.).

- Understanding of AI-powered platforms for analytics, creative optimisation, reporting, and workflow automation.

- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.

- Ability to scale brand presence, improve conversions, and drive consistent business growth.
