Role Summary

As a Field Executive, you will be JobSafal's face on the ground. Your job is to personally visit institutions across your assigned areas, coaching centres, colleges, libraries, and study groups, build genuine relationships with them, and bring them on board as JobSafal partners. This is a role for someone who enjoys meeting people, is comfortable walking into new places, and can hold a confident conversation in both Hindi and English.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit assigned institutions (coaching centres, colleges, study centres, libraries) in person to introduce JobSafal and its benefits for aspirants.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with institution owners, faculty, and administrators.
- Give clear, confident product demos of the JobSafal app and explain how it helps their students.
- Identify recent institutions and partnership opportunities in your area and generate leads.
- Onboard interested institutions and follow up regularly to keep partnerships active.
- Represent JobSafal professionally at every touchpoint, on campus and at events.
- Gather feedback from institutions and students, and share it with the team.




- Maintain daily visit records and report progress to your manager (visits made, leads generated, follow-ups pending).
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for institutional outreach and conversions.

Who We're Looking For

Must-haves

- Prior on-field / field sales / field marketing experience (EdTech, education, or app-based products preferred).
- Fluent in Hindi, English and Telugu, able to speak, explain, and convince clearly in both.
- Confident and self-driven, comfortable approaching new people and institutions independently.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willing to travel daily across assigned areas.
- Well-organised, punctual, and reliable with daily reporting.
- Familiarity with the government-exam / competitive-exam ecosystem.
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Basic comfort using a smartphone app and simple reporting tools (Google Forms/Sheets, WhatsApp).
- Existing contacts within coaching centres or colleges in the region.

Qualification

- Any graduate (or equivalent). Candidates with strong field experience and communication skills are welcome regardless of stream.
