We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recruiter Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, helping you develop practical HR and recruiting skills while working with experienced recruiters. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has excellent communication skills, and is interested in building a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruiters throughout the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and maintain recruitment calendars.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates and feedback.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Generate recruitment reports and maintain hiring trackers.
- Support onboarding activities for selected candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
