- Prospect and on board new retail and food service accounts
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
- Promote product lines and seasonal offerings
- Assist in negotiating pricing, promotions, and display placements
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor inventory, product rotation, and merchandising
- Ensure proper freezer placement and brand visibility
- Coordinate with distribution and logistics teams for timely deliveries
- Track sales performance and prepare sales reports
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 0-2 years of sales, retail, or customer service experience
- Interest in food & beverage or FMCG industry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel locally for store visits
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
