Job Description:

- Build and install PCs, laptops and peripheral devices (such as printers,

scanners, projectors, VC) related to desktop infrastructure, in accordance with

organization standards.

- Maintain installed PCs, laptops and peripherals with routine maintenance

regarding updated AV DAT and OS Patches.

- Identify, log and resolve technical problems with software applications or

Hardware components. Assisting,



Planning and executing system upgrades and

migrations.

- Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels and in accordance

with Organization guidelines

- Customize desktop applications to meet end-user needs, record technical

issues and solutions in logs and follow up with clients to ensure their systems

are functional.

- Assist management in creating training materials pertaining to computer

troubleshooting and usage.

- Ability to prepare Standard Operating procedures, Dashboards and Data

Analytics.

- Collaborate with Cross Functional Teams to ensure seamless operations

Technical Skills:

- MCP or MCSE would be preferred.
- Good to have Understanding knowledge on ITIL v4
