Job Title: Head Finance & Accounts
Experience: 7 - 10yrs
Industry: Textile & Apparel - Fashion
Education: CA (Chartered Accountant) Mandatory

Job Summary: -

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finance Head / CA-level Accounts Officer to manage the companys financial health, ensure statutory compliance, and provide strategic financial guidance. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting, taxation,financial

planning, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations
- Handle audits (Internal, Statutory, and Tax Audits)
- Manage cash flow, fund planning, and working capital
- Monitor and control costs, expenses, and financial risks
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and government authorities
- Lead and mentor the accounts team
- Implement and improve financial processes and controls




- Support management with financial analysis and decision-making

Key Requirements:

- CA Qualified (Chartered Accountant) Mandatory / Preferred
- 710 years of relevant experience in finance & accounts
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial compliance
- Experience in retail / manufacturing / corporate finance (preferred)
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, ERP systems
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management ability

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in handling multi-branch or retail operations
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
