- Source and recruit OPT, CPT, and H-1B candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, communication, and eligibility.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding job opportunities and interview status.
- Ensure all candidate information is accurately updated in the ATS/CRM.
- Work closely with the sales and account management teams to fulfill client requirements.
