- Degree holders: 3-5 years in casting or hydraulic component development.
- Diploma holders: Minimum 5 years relevant casting development or foundry experience.
- Must have completed at least one full casting development project.
- Experience in hydraulic spool valve castings is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of sand casting, shell moulding, gravity die casting, etc.
- CAD knowledge (Inventor, Creo, SolidWorks, NX).
- Good understanding of GD&T;, DFMEA, PFMEA, APQP, PPAP.
- Knowledge of metallurgy, heat treatment, and defect analysis
