Job Overview: We're looking for a motivated International Voice Process Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll deliver outstanding customer service to international clients, primarily through voice support. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide qualified customer support through voice, assisting with inquiries, complaints, and product/service information.
- Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and first-call resolution.
- Stay updated on product details and services to offer accurate information and effective solutions.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Freshers or candidates with prior experience in BPO/voice process roles are welcome to apply
- Minimum educational qualification: 10+2 (undergraduates are eligible)
- Strong verbal communication skills in English are Mandatory.
- Willingness to work in night shifts
