We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for Digital and Technology hiring across multiple business functions. The role requires a consultative recruiting professional with strong stakeholder management capabilities and deep expertise in technology talent acquisition. The successful candidate will partner with senior hiring leaders, drive hiring strategies, and manage complex recruitment projects while ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Digital and Technology roles from requisition intake to offer closure.

- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, role requirements, and timelines.
- Recruit across niche technology domains including IT Infrastructure, ERP, AI/ML, and Integration.

• Drive candidate assessment, interview management, offer negotiations, and hiring decisions.

• Deliver against hiring targets,



SLAs, and recruitment metrics.

Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior business leaders and hiring managers.

• Act as a trusted advisor on talent market trends, hiring challenges, and talent availability.

• Provide data-driven market insights to influence hiring decisions.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure a seamless hiring experience.

• Maintain accurate ATS data and recruitment documentation.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Technology Recruitment.

• Proven expertise hiring for IT Infrastructure, ERP, AI/ML, Integration, Cloud, and Digital Transformation roles.

• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering experience. • Ability to manage multiple senior-level requisitions in a quick-paced environment.

• Experience working with internal and external talent markets.
