Role & responsibilities

- Design and implement AI-powered features across all Karya modules.
- Develop proof-of-concepts and production-ready AI solutions.
- Work with OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, and other emerging models.
- Evaluate model performance, cost, latency, scalability, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Research and compare self-hosted versus API-based AI architectures.
- Develop OCR-based solutions for bills, invoices, expenses, resumes, and document processing.
- Build AI-powered summaries, suggested next actions, automated record creation, email generation, and reporting capabilities.
- Develop a Smart AI-powered Resource Allocation for a Task based on Availability, Skills, etc.
- Design prompts and workflows that generate reliable outputs.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions where appropriate.

- Collaborate with Product, BA, Development,



and QA teams to define and implement AI requirements.
- Assist in defining AI strategy and future roadmap initiatives for Karya.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3-5 years of software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience working with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI APIs.
- Understanding of Prompt Engineering, LLM concepts, AI application development, and RAG architectures.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently research, evaluate, and recommend technologies.
- Experience building proof-of-concepts and production-grade software solutions.
