Job Title: L1.5 Desktop Support Engineer

Job Description

We are hiring an L1.5 Desktop Support Engineer to provide remote desktop support for end users. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Windows troubleshooting, remote support, SCCM/Intune, and endpoint management. You will be responsible for resolving user issues, supporting software deployments, and ensuring a seamless end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide remote desktop support for Windows-based systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
- Resolve incidents using remote support tools (RDP, TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.).
- Support software installations, OS updates, and patch deployments through SCCM/Intune.
- Monitor endpoint compliance and assist with remediation activities.
- Log, track, and update incidents in ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar).
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 support teams when required.
- Maintain documentation of troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service and timely communication to end users.

Required Skills





- 1.5 years of experience in Desktop Support / Service Desk / EUC Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365.
- Hands-on experience with SCCM (MECM) and Microsoft Intune.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience with remote support tools such as RDP, TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or BeyondTrust.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge.
- Understanding of software deployment, OS imaging, and patch management.
- ITIL Foundation certification is an added advantage.
