Job Summary

- We are looking for a highly motivated AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and intelligent automation technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with up-to-date AI platforms such as Claude (Anthropic), Open AI GPT, Google Gemini, and other foundation models, along with strong programming and cloud integration skills.
- The candidate will be responsible for building AI-powered assistants, automating business workflows, integrating AI APIs into enterprise applications, and ensuring secure and scalable AI deployments.

Job description

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Develop enterprise AI assistants, chatbots, document analysis solutions, and workflow automation tools.

• Integrate Claude (Anthropic), Open AI GPT, Google Gemini, or other LLM APIs into internal applications.

• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise knowledge bases.

• Build prompt engineering frameworks for accurate and reliable AI responses.

• Fine-tune prompts and optimize AI performance for business use cases.

• Develop AI agents capable of performing multi-step tasks and tool integrations.

• Work with vector databases for semantic search and knowledge retrieval.

• Integrate AI solutions with REST APIs, databases, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SAP, CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems.

• Implement AI security, governance, and responsible AI best practices. • Monitor AI application performance and optimize latency, cost, and accuracy.

• Collaborate with business teams to identify AI automation opportunities.

• Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and user documentation.





• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and LLM technologies.

• Knowledge of Claude safety features and secure AI implementation.

• Experience optimizing prompts for accuracy, consistency, and reduced hallucinations.

• Understanding of Claude API authentication, rate limits, and production deployment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• AI/ML certifications are an advantage.

• Experience with enterprise AI deployments.

• Experience building production-ready AI applications.

• Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI governance, and data privacy.
