UX Designer

Experience: 3-5years

Educational qualifications: Preferred B.Tech/M.Tech or any graduate

Job brief: We are looking for a UX Designer to turn our product into an easy-to-use and intuitive experience.

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Ability to conduct UX research using methods like primary and secondary research.
- Ability to conduct Design research in prototyping phase.
- Prepare and present rough drafts(sketches) to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, widgets etc.,.
- Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Adhere to product style guide standards on fonts, colors and images etc.,.




- Ability to design mockups for various platforms like web app and mobile app etc.,.
- Strong knowledge about UX Design processes, principles and systems.
- Continued education and research into UI trends and current design strategies and trends.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently.
- Being comfortable working in Agile workplace.

Requirements

- Proven work experience of at least one year as a UX Designer or similar role.
- Portfolio of design projects.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Adobe XD.
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Good time-management skills.
