: UX UI Designer

Summary : We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who can independently own design execution for a defined part
of our product Line of Business (LOB).

Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end design execution for defined product modules within your Line of Business (LOB)
- Translate product requirements into structured user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI screens
- Design complete interaction states, including loading, empty, error, success, and edgecases
- Deliver pixel-precise, developer-ready designs using well-structured components and naming conventions
- Ensure layouts, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy meet high production quality standards
- Follow established design systems and contribute incremental improvements to maintain consistency and scalability
- Create interactive prototypes in Figma to demonstrate flows, transitions, and interaction patterns
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering during implementation to preserve design intent
- Participate in usability testing and incorporate structured feedback into iterations




- Proactively improve existing product experiences with clear UX thinking and attention to friction points
- Work independently within a defined scope while escalating complex or cross-module decisions thoughtfully

Should Haves :

- Experience improving existing product experiences by identifying usability gaps or friction points
- Exposure to usability testing, A/B experiments, or incorporating structured user feedback into iterations
- Experience contributing incremental improvements to a design system
- Solid understanding of common interaction patterns and UX best practices
- Awareness of responsive design principles (differences between website, web app, and mobile app design)
- Experience working in sprint-based product development environments
