Job Summary:-

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations in the Cement, Ferro Alloy, or Chemical industry. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, process optimization, quality assurance, safety compliance, and ensuring adherence to chemical production regulations while achieving production targets.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Oversee production from raw materials to final packaging.
- Ensure production targets, quality, and process efficiency.
- Comply with chemical production regulations, environmental, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams.




- Maintain production records and regulatory documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

- 3+ years of experience in Cement, Ferro Alloy, or Chemical Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and plant operations.
- Understanding of chemical manufacturing regulations and safety compliance.
- Positive leadership and communication skills.
