Role & responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale construction projects from mobilization to completion and handover.
2. Plan, monitor, and control project execution to achieve timelines, cost, quality, and safety objectives.
3. Manage site teams, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution.
4. Coordinate with Design, MEP, Planning, Procurement, QS, Quality, and Safety teams.
5. Ensure Civil, Structural, Architectural, Finishing, and MEP works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
6. Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, resources, and contractor performance.
7. Conduct regular site meetings and resolve technical, execution, and coordination issues.
8. Identify project risks, delays,



and constraints and implement corrective actions.
9. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, statutory requirements, and project policies.
10. Drive timely project completion, testing, commissioning, snag rectification, documentation, and final handover.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech Civil Engineering
Experience: 1218 Years
Industry: Real Estate / Hospitals / Commercial / High-Rise / Infrastructure Projects
