We are looking for a QA Engineer (Manual + Automation) to test our in-house SaaS products, including HRMS, CRM, LMS, and ERP applications, across Web and Mobile platforms. But not restricted to these , client custom applications as well

Key Responsibilities

- Perform manual and automation testing for Web and Mobile applications.
- Create and execute test cases, regression suites, and automation scripts.
- Identify, report, and track defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with Product, BA, Developers, and Architects to ensure high-quality releases.
- Participate in functional, regression, integration, API, and UAT testing.

Required Skills

- 45 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
- Hands-on experience testing Web and Mobile applications.




- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Playwright, or similar.
- Good understanding of API testing, SQL, and defect management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Valuable to Have

- Experience testing AI/ML-powered applications.
- Knowledge of LLM testing, hallucination detection, response accuracy, prompt validation, and AI model evaluation.
