Job Summary
We are looking for a QA Resource Support with 3+ years of experience in chatbot and LLM testing. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in finance modules, functional testing, end-to-end testing, regression, integration testing, UI validation, and test scenario creation. The candidate should be capable of understanding business requirements and validating AI-driven chatbot functionality.
Key Responsibilities

- Perform testing of LLM-powered chatbot applications.
- Validate chatbot responses, prompts, workflows, and business logic.
- Execute End-to-End (E2E), Functional, Regression, Integration, and UI testing.
- Design and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Understand functional/business requirements and validate application behavior.




- Test finance module workflows and business processes.
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams.
