- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using various tools such as HCM, Studio, EIB, Core Connector, BIRT.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions for payroll processing, compensation management, benefits administration, time tracking.
- Develop reports and dashboards using Workday reporting features to analyze business performance data.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Workday integrations and provide technical support to resolve them efficiently.
- To have experience with Workday Studio and Benefits related Integrations including Benefits Connectors.
- Looking for an experienced Workday Integrations Consultant with a robust background in both Workday HCM and knowledge of Financials (Preferred).
- The ideal candidate should have Workday Integrations Certification (Preferred) and hands-on-experience in developing and supporting Workday Integrations,
This role requires a deep understanding of Workday reporting, Calculated Fields and should be capable of troubleshooting and resolving Integration Issues requiring a high-level technical insight into the Workday Solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in Workday Integration.
- Strong understanding of HCM (Human Capital Management) concepts including Payroll Processing, Compensation Management, Benefits Administration.
- Proficiency in developing complex reports using Workday Reporting tools like BIRT or similar technologies.
