About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Engineer to manage plumbing design, execution, coordination, and quality for high-rise residential and commercial projects. The candidate must have hands-on experience in MEP/plumbing systems and must independently handle drawings, site coordination, and inspections.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed plumbing designs water supply, drainage, stormwater, STP/UGT/OHT layouts.

- Develop construction drawings, schematics & BOQs using AutoCAD / Revit MEP.

- Perform hydraulic calculations, pump sizing, pipe sizing, and pressure calculations.

- Ensure all plumbing designs adhere to IS codes, NBC norms, and local authority guidelines.

- Coordinate plumbing services with electrical, HVAC, fire-fighting & architectural teams.

- Conduct regular site visits to verify installation quality as per approved drawings.

- Resolve technical issues, respond to RFIs, and support project teams during execution.

- Recommend plumbing materials, fixtures, valves, pumps, and equipment.

- Review contractor work, check vendor submissions, and ensure compliance.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit MEP, MS Office.

- Good understanding of plumbing codes such as IS Codes, NBC 2016, IPC/UPC.

- Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.

- Solid coordination, technical detailing, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of green building systems, rainwater harvesting, water conservation methods.

- Familiarity with BIM tools / Navisworks for clash detection.

- Certification in MEP/Plumbing Design (added advantage).

About the Role

We are hiring a skilled Electrical Engineer with experience in electrical design, installation, and site execution for high-rise residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate must have hands-on knowledge of electrical layouts, load calculations, safety standards, and coordination with other services.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare electrical layouts including LT/HT systems, lighting, power, earthing, ELV, and panel schedules.

- Perform load calculations, cable sizing, transformer/DB selection, and breaker selection.

- Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and design documentation.

- Ensure compliance with IS standards, electrical safety codes, and local authority regulations.

- Coordinate with plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting, and architectural teams for MEP integration.

- Monitor site execution, conduct inspections, and verify installation as per approved drawings.

- Troubleshoot site issues and provide technical solutions to the project team.

- Review vendor drawings, material submittals, and ensure quality standards.
