Position: Electrical & Factory Operations Manager
Number of Openings: 1 Position
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Experience: 3-8 years

SALARY & BENEFITS: 40,000/month

- Base Salary: 50,000/month

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Electrical & Factory Operations Manager to oversee our manufacturing facility. This role combines electrical expertise with factory management, requiring knowledge of both electrical systems and fabrication processes.
Key Responsibilities:
ELECTRICAL MANAGEMENT:

- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems
- Design and wire electrical control panels for greenhouse climate systems
- Connect motors, fans, sensors, and IoT devices for automation
- Conduct electrical inspections and safety audits
- Manage electrical budgets and procurement of equipment
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards

FACTORY OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT:

- Oversee daily factory operations and production schedules
- Manage fabrication team (currently 12-15 workers)
- Monitor quality control and ensure adherence to specifications




- Track production efficiency and identify bottlenecks
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams
- Maintain equipment, machinery, and tools

FABRICATION OVERSIGHT:

- Understand fabrication processes (welding, cutting, assembly)
- Review BOQs and coordinate with site supervisors on material requirements
- Ensure structural integrity and quality of fabricated components
- Troubleshoot fabrication issues and suggest improvements

TEAM & ADMINISTRATIVE:

- Lead and mentor factory team members
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports
- Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and compliance with labor laws
- Manage inventory of electrical and fabrication materials
- Collaborate with management on facility improvements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Essential:

- B.Tech in Electrical Engineering OR ITI Electrician + 5+ years industrial experience
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in factory/manufacturing operations
- Strong expertise in industrial electrical systems, control panels, and wiring
- Understanding of fabrication processes (welding, steel work, pipe fitting)
- Experience with team management and supervisory responsibilities
- Knowledge of safety standards (electrical, industrial, fire safety)
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and BOQs

Preferred:

- Experience in greenhouse/agricultural technology manufacturing
- Knowledge of IoT/automation systems for climate control
- Supervisory or management certification
- Experience with PLC programming or SCADA systems
- Hands-on experience in fabrication (welding, structural assembly)

Work Type: Factory/Workshop with office responsibilities
Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM (Mon-Sat, alternate Saturdays off)
Site Visits: Occasional field visits to project sites
Office Space: Dedicated office area for planning and reporting
Reporting To: Director - Operations & Marketing
