We are seeking a Gen AI Engineer to drive innovation in our performance testing services.

This role focuses on leveraging Generative AI and machine learning to develop cutting-edge solutions that streamline, automate, and enhance the efficiency of performance testing services.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement AI-driven tools and platforms to automate performance test data generation, test script creation, and anomaly detection.
- Utilize Generative AI models to predict potential performance bottlenecks and optimize testing strategies.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing performance testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring systems.
- Contribute to the full lifecycle of AI solution development, from proof-of-concept to production deployment, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with performance engineers, development teams,



and architects to identify needs and deliver high-impact AI-driven performance testing capabilities.
- Adhere to best practices for secure coding, ethical AI, and maintain robust documentation for all developed solutions.
- Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a significant focus on AI/ML or performance engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Generative AI frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, OpenAI, LLMs).
- Demonstrated experience with performance testing tools and methodologies (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, k6).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with agile development, CI/CD practices, and code quality processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
