Bench Sales Recruiter US IT Staffing (Night Shift)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter to market IT consultants on the bench, build strong vendor relationships, and place consultants with direct clients and implementation partners in the US staffing market. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in US IT staffing, and willingness to work in the US night shift.

Key Responsibilities

- Market bench consultants including H1B, OPT, GC, and USC candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with implementation partners, vendors, and direct clients.
- Search requirements from job portals, vendor lists, and networking channels.
- Submit consultants to suitable job openings within specified timelines.
- Negotiate rates and coordinate interview schedules with clients and consultants.
- Follow up on interview feedback and placement status regularly.
- Maintain an updated database of consultants, submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Coordinate with recruiters and account managers for daily requirements.
- Ensure consultants are marketed aggressively for quick placements.
- Handle end-to-end bench sales activities.




- Required Skills

- Experience in US IT Bench Sales / US Staffing.
- Robust knowledge of technologies and IT skill sets.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as:

- Dice
- Monster
- CareerBuilder
- LinkedIn

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under targets.
- Good understanding of US work visas (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC).
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- 14 years of experience in Bench Sales or US IT Staffing.
- Experience working with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners.
- Comfortable working in night shifts (US timings).

Shift Details

- Shift: Night Shift (US EST/CST/PST timings)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Location: Onsite / Begumpet/Hyderabad
