Roles & Responsibilities

- Apply basic pharmacy and medication knowledge in day-to-day healthcare-related tasks.
- Understand prescriptions, drug names, dosage forms, and common medical terminology.
- Communicate professionally with patients, healthcare providers, pharmacies, and internal teams as required.
- Maintain accurate patient and healthcare-related documentation.
- Handle healthcare information with confidentiality and follow established procedures.
- Assist with data entry, documentation, verification, and other assigned healthcare processes.




- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while completing assigned tasks.
- Learn new healthcare software, processes, and client-specific workflows.
- Follow company policies and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or Pharm.D graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Good understanding of basic pharmacy concepts and medical terminology.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
- Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
