Job Description

1. Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors LMS Functional Consultant to configure, implement, enhance and support SuccessFactors Learning Management System processes. The role requires strong functional knowledge of LMS configuration, learning items, catalogues, curricula, scheduled offerings, assignment profiles, connectors, reporting, integration and production support. The candidate should be able to translate customer business rules into technical business requirements, provide best-practice guidance, support SuccessFactors release upgrades and work independently with business, functional, integration and support teams.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Configure SAP SuccessFactors LMS to meet customer learning process requirements while providing best-practice guidance.
- Design, implement and support LMS objects including items, catalogues, curricula, period-based curricula, scheduled offerings, collections, external links, quizzes, exams, surveys and assignment profiles.
- Support integrations with SuccessFactors BizX, HRIS Sync, iContent,



proxy configuration, Integration Center, CDP and third-party content providers such as TACO or Skillsoft.
- Configure and monitor LMS connectors, connector properties, system configuration, custom columns, APMs and related LMS administration tools.
- Develop and support LMS reporting using BIRT / Plateau Report Designer (PRD), advanced reports and ad-hoc reports as per business requirements.
- Conduct discovery workshops, gather requirements, map current-state and future-state processes, and convert business rules into functional / technical requirements.
- Support testing cycles including unit testing, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, release validation, cutover and post-go-live hypercare.
- Provide production support, service request handling, incident troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, knowledge documentation and service improvement suggestions.
- Continuously upgrade self and customers with SuccessFactors bi-annual releases, recent LMS capabilities, intelligent services and platform improvements.
- Work independently and collaboratively with global teams, taking ownership of deliverables, risks, issue resolution and stakeholder communication.
