Certification: Any Medical Coding Certification (Mandatory)

Role Overview

We are hiring Medical Coders and QCAs with experience in E&M; (Evaluation & Management) IP/OP. The candidate will be responsible for accurate coding, auditing, and ensuring compliance with coding guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate coding for E&M; IP and OP charts

Review medical records and assign appropriate CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes

Ensure compliance with coding standards and payer guidelines

QCA to audit coded charts and provide feedback to coders

Maintain productivity and quality targets

Work closely with internal teams for clarifications and updates

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1+ year experience in E&M; IP/OP coding or auditing

Positive knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding systems
