Job Title: Sr. Consultant / Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Functional)

Role Overview: We are seeking an enterprise-grade Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant with a solid foundation in Finance and deep, hands-on implementation capabilities across complex operations. You will own the configuration, solution architecture blueprinting, and client-facing workshops for end-to-end migrations from legacy Navision environments to modern D365 Cloud ecosystems.

What You Will Do:

- Lead end-to-end Business Central implementations, managing everything from initial discovery, fit-gap evaluation, functional spec design, to testing and live stabilization.
- Confidently configure and architect workflows across 4 core modules: Finance, Trade & Logistics, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management.
- Design complex, bi-directional integration logic connecting BC with external line-of-business software and platforms.
- Structure and track delivery timelines dynamically using Azure DevOps environments.

Mandatory Screening Benchmarks (Profiles missing these will not be considered):

- Core Product Focus: Minimum 5 years of solid, hands-on functional consulting experience explicitly focused on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / NAV.
- Implementation Track Record:



Proven history of successfully delivering at least 2 full-cycle end-to-end implementations from scratch.
- Module Depth: Deep functional command over the Manufacturing and Warehouse Management (WMS) modules alongside Finance as the base.
- Communication: Clear, articulation capabilities for elite client stakeholder interactions.

Strict Exclusions (Please read before applying):

- No Technical/AL Developers: This is a 100% Functional Consulting role. If your day-to-day involves writing AL Extension code, building custom extensions in Visual Studio Code, or standard C/AL development, this is not the right fit.
- No D365 F&O; / AX: We are strictly looking for mid-market Business Central / NAV ecosystem experience. Candidates whose primary footprint is AX / D365 Finance & Operations (Enterprise Edition) will be automatically filtered out.
- No LS Retail / POS Only: Core competency must be baseline native ERP implementation. Profiles heavily leaning on front-end retail POS solutions or LS Central/LS Retail modules are outside our current requirements.

Preferred Assets:

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant (MB-800).
- Professional Qualifications: MBA (Finance), CA, or CA Inter.
- Exposure to Service Management functionality.
