Job Description Summary

As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

- SAP SD Implementation Support

- Lead or support SAP SD module implementation projects including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement for SAP SD processes.

- Business Process Analysis

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand sales, billing, shipping, and pricing processes.

- Configuration Customization

- Configure SAP SD components including sales order processing, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.

- Customize SAP SD functionalities to meet business needs using user exits,



BAPIs, and enhancements.

- Integration

- Collaborate with other SAP modules (MM, FI, WM, etc.) for seamless integration.

- Support EDI and third-party system integrations related to order-to-cash processes.

- Documentation Training

- Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.

- Conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams.

- Issue Resolution

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SD transactions and configurations.

- Provide timely support for incidents and service requests.

Required Skills Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

- 4-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP
