Job Description Summary

As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Integration Design Development: Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end integration solutions and iFlows within the SAP CPI Web UI.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate integration requirements into technical specifications.
- Configuration: Configure and manage various adapters (SOAP, REST, OData, IDoc, SFTP, JMS, etc.) to facilitate connectivity between different systems.
- Data Transformation: Handle complex message transformations using graphical mapping, Groovy, and JavaScript scripting.
- Troubleshooting: Monitor integration processes,



perform root cause analysis for issues, and develop solutions to resolve them.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical and functional design documents for integration solutions.
- Security Best Practices: Implement secure authentication mechanisms (OAuth, Basic, Certificates, SAML) and apply best practices for secure, scalable, and effective integration architecture.
- Testing Support: Perform unit testing, support integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide ongoing support for existing integrations.

Required Skills Expertise

- SAP CPI (Integration Suite): Advanced proficiency and hands-on experience in designing and developing iFlows.
- Adapters: Expertise in configuring various standard and custom adapters.
- Scripting: Proficiency in Groovy and JavaScript for message mapping and transformations.
