Role & Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize tour listings across multiple OTA platforms, including product content, pricing, availability, and media.
- Create, update, and maintain accurate tour information to ensure consistency across all sales channels.
- Monitor bookings, cancellations, customer reviews, and platform performance to identify opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with operations, reservations, and marketing teams to ensure accurate product information and inventory.
- Plan and execute seasonal promotions, featured campaigns, and merchandising opportunities on OTA platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency across all OTA listings, including descriptions, images, and customer communication.
- Analyze platform performance using dashboards and reports, providing recommendations to improve bookings and revenue.
- Work closely with OTA account managers to resolve issues, improve visibility, and maximize platform performance.
- Stay updated with OTA platform features, travel industry trends, and best practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Excellent English speaking and writing skills (mandatory).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.




- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with OTA dashboards, booking systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Good understanding of online travel products and customer expectations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.
- Experience with OTA platforms such as Viator, GetYourGuide, Expedia, Klook, Tripadvisor, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Previous experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is an advantage.
