We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager with strong expertise in Python, ReactJS, AWS Cloud, and Agile Delivery Management to lead the successful delivery of enterprise-grade digital solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a balanced blend of technical leadership, project management, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence capabilities. This role requires driving end-to-end solution delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams, architects, developers, QA teams, and customers to ensure successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Delivery Management

- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications and cloud-native solutions.
- Own project planning, execution, risk management, resource allocation, and delivery governance.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Establish delivery metrics, monitor progress, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize delivery commitments effectively.

Technical Leadership
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to development teams working on Python-based backend applications and ReactJS frontend solutions.
- Review architecture, design decisions, coding standards, and best practices.
- Drive the adoption of scalable, secure, and maintainable software engineering practices.
- Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to design cloud-native solutions on AWS.
- Support technical troubleshooting and critical issue resolution during project execution.

Cloud & DevOps Governance
- Lead cloud transformation initiatives leveraging AWS services.
- Ensure solutions comply with security, performance, availability, and scalability requirements.
- Drive DevOps best practices including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automated testing, and release management.




- Monitor cloud costs and optimize infrastructure utilization.

Agile Delivery Excellence
- Champion Agile and Scrum methodologies across project teams.
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, release planning, and program reviews.
- Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective collaboration between Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, and Engineering teams.

Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into executable delivery plans.
- Manage customer expectations, risks, escalations, and communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Build strong relationships with clients and drive customer satisfaction.

Quality & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to organizational quality standards, security policies, and compliance requirements.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and governance frameworks.
- Establish performance benchmarks and quality assurance processes.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in IT Services and Consulting organizations.
- Proven experience leading large-scale application development and digital transformation programs.
- Robust hands-on experience in Python development or equivalent scripting languages.
- Strong understanding of ReactJS frontend development framework and modern JavaScript ecosystem.
- Extensive experience in AWS Cloud services and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.
- Experience managing distributed and cross-functional technical teams.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
