Job Title: Freelance Corporate Trainer .NET Full-Stack Development, Azure Cloud & GenAI

About the Role

We are looking for experienced and passionate Freelance Corporate Trainers to deliver an intensive 6-week instructor-led classroom program focused on .NET Full-Stack Development, Microsoft Azure Cloud, and Generative AI.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on software development training experience along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality corporate training. Trainers will be responsible for conducting live classroom sessions, mentoring learners through practical labs, resolving technical issues in real time, and guiding participants in building enterprise-grade full-stack applications.

This is a full-time, on-site engagement requiring daily presence at our training centers in Hyderabad or Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

- Explain software architecture using whiteboard sessions and practical examples.
- Guide learners in deploying applications on Microsoft Azure.
- Demonstrate AI-powered developer productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot.
- Evaluate assignments, weekly assessments.
- Track learner attendance and monitor overall progress.
- Submit weekly learner performance reports to program management.
- Ensure high learner engagement and maintain a minimum satisfaction score (NPS) of 4.2/5.0.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience training enterprise or corporate professionals.
- Strong problem-solving and mentoring capabilities.

Work Location
