- Willing to work past 40 hours per week occasionally
- C# and Unity 3D experience
- Knowledge of network programming: UNet, Sockets, Photon, Mirror
- Knowledge of building Game Development backends
- Knowledge of GIT
- Knowledge of Agile Development Processes and the Scrum framework
- Knows how to produce high quality code
- Knowledge of Design Patterns, Clean Code, Code Architectures, and Scalable Code
- Experience in publishing games on Android, iOS and Steam
- Experience with working on cloud platforms like Azure and AWS
- Develop MVPs and Proofs of Concepts quickly
- At least 2 published games
- Must speak English fluently
- Honest person with excellent communication skills
- At least 3 years verifiable programming experience required
- At least some verifiable game development experience desired
