- Develop curriculum materials and assessments to measure student progress and understanding.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with students to identify areas of improvement and provide personalized feedback.
- Collaborate with educators to integrate soft skills training into existing academic programs.
Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in teaching or training in a related field (education/training).
- Robust knowledge of English language training methods and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to convey complex concepts simply.
- Ability to design engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
