Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform.
- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions for repeatable deployments.
- Manage core AWS services like EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and integrate Terraform deployments.
- Handle backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability configurations.
- Perform cost optimization and resource utilization tracking.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and governance policies.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues.
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams for cloud solutions.

Additional Responsibilities

Bachelors/masters degree in computer science, IT, or related field





Technical and Professional Requirements

- Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in Terraform (modules, state management, workspaces)
- Experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix system administration
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
- Valuable understanding of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, Load Balancing)
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK, etc.)
- Knowledge of security best practices (IAM roles, policies, encryption)
- Scripting skills in Bash/Python
