- Identify potential candidates through professional networks and networking events.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct outreach to passive candidates and engage them through various sourcing methods.
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews (both virtual and in-person) to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment documentation.
- Promote the company's brand and culture to attract high-quality talent.
