Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost & Management Accountant (CMA/ICWA) with 10-15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing finance and accounting operations, statutory compliance, budgeting, cost management, financial reporting, audits, taxation, and business planning. The ideal candidate should possess solid analytical skills and have hands-on experience with ERP systems and manufacturing cost controls.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely closure of books of accounts.
- Review and analyze Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Prepare MIS reports and present financial performance to management.

Cost Accounting & Cost Control

- Monitor manufacturing costs and analyze production variances.
- Prepare product costing, cost sheets, and profitability analysis.
- Develop cost reduction strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Review inventory valuation and cost absorption.

Budgeting & Financial Planning

- Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Monitor budget utilization and analyze variances.
- Assist management in strategic financial planning.
- Prepare financial projections and business models.





Taxation & Statutory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Customs, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate filing of statutory returns within due dates.
- Handle tax assessments, notices, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act and applicable accounting standards.

Audit Management

- Coordinate with statutory, internal, tax, and cost auditors.
- Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents.
- Implement audit recommendations and strengthen internal controls.

Treasury & Working Capital Management

- Monitor cash flow and working capital.
- Coordinate with banks for fund management and credit facilities.
- Manage banking relationships and financial documentation.

Internal Controls & Risk Management

- Develop and implement internal financial controls.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.

Team Management

- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
- Allocate work and monitor team performance.
- Conduct training and development programs for finance staff.

Educational Qualification

- Chartered Accountant (CA)

- Cost & Management Accountant (CMA/ICWA)
