What is in it for you

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow platform solutions focused on IT Service Management (ITSM). You will work with business and technical teams to implement workflows, automate processes, enhance user experience, and support enterprise service management initiatives.

Responsibilities: -

- Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Service Catalog.




- Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer workflows.
- Support ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs and SOAP web services.
- Assist in CMDB maintenance and configuration item management.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and SLA monitoring solutions.
- Participate in requirements gathering, testing, UAT support, and production deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues and defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and ITIL standards.

Educational Qualifications: -

- BE/BTech/MCA/MSc.
- ServiceNow CSA Certification preferred.
- ITIL Foundation Certification preferred
- Agile / Scrum Certification preferred
