Position-Keyfactor PKI Operations Lead

Job Description:

8 plus years in Keyfactor PKI operations, 6 plus years in PKI and Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) operations

Primary Skill:

- Keyfactor Operations covering Keyfactor Managed SaaS, HSM, PKI, CA, TLS Certificates, SSH Certificates , SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, AD, SMTP
AWS, Azure Cloud, IaaC, DevOps, CI/CD Tools
- In depth understanding of Keyfactor Managed SaaS components, services and dependencies
- Serves at the subject matter expert for Keyfactor Managed SaaS operations, perform RCA for problem
- In-depth knowledge of cryptography, CA, HSMs and Certificate Lifecycle Management processes in PKI domain
- Identify and plan automation for manual activities in operations and work with automation and AI team to automate it




- Work with Power BI team to build and deploy dashboards for observability
- Familiarity with SSH, TLS, PKI, X.509, PKCS, OIDC, OAuth, SAML, Certificates and other protocols and tokens
- Familiarity with SNOW workflows
- In-depth knowledge and experience of integrations, configurations, workflows and policies in Keyfactor Managed SaaS for certificate management, SSO, MFA, HSM, Authentication
- In-depth knowledge and experience of onboarding / offboarding / deploying certificates and keys with Keyfactor automations, IaaC, DevOps and CI/CD tool
- Rich experience in working with monitoring and ing tools
- Good knowledge and experience working with Keyfactor APIs, SDKs, Applications, Directories, Databases, SQL, Python, Unix/LInux scripting, PowerShell Scripting
- Should be methodical with attention to details
- Skilled in coordinating and communicating with other teams to manage dependencies on other teams and stakeholders
- Skilled in anticipating problems and roadblocks and effectively communicating and managing them
- Excellent communication skills with team leadership ability
- Excellent client facing and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under fixed SLAs and timelines
