The purpose of this role is to lead the implementation, support, enhancement, and continuous optimization of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Finance solutions across the organization, enabling digital transformation within the Finance & Accounts function. The incumbent will collaborate closely with Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, Internal Audit, and IT teams to streamline and automate key financial processes, strengthen governance and financial controls, improve Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations, and deliver real-time business insights through SAP-driven solutions.

The role is responsible for ensuring effective utilization of SAP S/4HANA Finance capabilities, driving process standardization, compliance, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency while supporting business growth objectives. The position requires strong functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, sound understanding of financial and manufacturing business processes, and hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project. Exposure to the Steel, Mining & Metals industry will be an added advantage in aligning digital finance initiatives with manufacturing operations and industry-specific business requirements.

Role & responsibilities

Primary Skills

- Strong functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Finance (FI/CO) configuration and support.
- Hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation (Blueprint to Go-Live).
- Strong knowledge of Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) financial processes.
- Experience in SAP FI/CO integration with MM, SD, PP and Asset Accounting modules.
- Proficiency in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Centre Accounting and Profitability Analysis.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori,



Embedded Analytics, Financial Reporting and SAP BTP/CPI integrations.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing finance, costing, taxation and compliance, preferably in the Steel, Mining & Metals industry.

Preferred candidate profile

- 36 years of relevant experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO) consulting or application support.
- Minimum one complete SAP S/4HANA implementation project completed from Blueprint to Go-Live.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation is mandatory.
- Experience in Finance Application Support and Change Request Management.
- Hands-on experience integrating FI/CO with MM, SD, PP and Asset Accounting.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting, controlling, costing, budgeting and statutory compliance.
- Experience in Manufacturing industry is mandatory.
- Experience in Steel, Mining & Metals industry will be highly preferred.
