We are looking for an experienced IBM BPEL / IBM Integration Developer with strong expertise in enterprise application integration and SOA-based architectures. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and implementing business process solutions using IBM Integration Designer (IID) and IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW/BPM).

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement enterprise integration and orchestration solutions using IBM BPEL, IBM IID, and IBM BAW/BPM.
- Develop business workflows, service orchestration, mediation modules, and integration services using SOA principles.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to analyze requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions.
- Develop and consume SOAP and RESTful web services using XML, WSDL, XSD, and related standards.
- Build and support enterprise integration solutions using IBM ACE/IIB, IBM MQ, and related middleware technologies.
- Participate in modernization initiatives including migration from legacy platforms to modern event-driven and API-led architectures.
- Contribute to implementation of Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) solutions using asynchronous messaging and Kafka/MQ-based integrations.
- Implement and manage APIs using IBM API Connect and IBM DataPower.




- Support CI/CD implementation and deployment automation activities for integration applications.
- Utilize AI-powered developer productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot during development and documentation activities.
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum delivery processes.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong experience in IBM BPEL development and SOA-based integration architecture.
- Hands-on experience with:
- IBM Integration Designer (IID)
- IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) / IBM BPM
- IBM ACE / IIB
- Strong expertise in:
- SOAP and REST APIs
- XML, XSD, WSDL

Experience with:

- IBM API Connect , IBM DataPower
- Strong knowledge of Core Java, SQL, and scripting languages like Jython/Groovy.
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as:
- Azure DevOps
- Jenkins
- GitHub
- Experience working with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies and team-oriented development practices.
- Good to Have
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes and containerized deployments. MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms.
- Background in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) domain.
