Job Title: 3D Visualizer High-Rise Residential Projects

Experience: 2- 4 Years (High-Rise Residential / Gated Communities)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled 3D Visualizer with strong experience in high-rise residential and gated community projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently, handling 3D renders and models end-to-end, and contributing creative ideas for building elevations, landscapes, parks, and common areas while maintaining technical accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-quality 3D models and realistic renders for high-rise residential buildings and gated communities

Design and visualize building elevations, facades, and massing concepts

Independently handle 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering

Interpret architectural drawings and figure out all areas (residential blocks, amenities, parks, podiums, driveways, etc.)

Propose creative design ideas for parks, landscaped areas, open spaces, and community zones

Coordinate with architects, planning, and design teams for design alignment

Ensure designs are technically accurate and construction-feasible





Technical Skills (Mandatory)

3DS Max strong working knowledge

SketchUp proficient

V-Ray advanced rendering skills

D5 Render real-time visualization experience

Lumion walkthroughs, landscaping, and environment rendering

Strong understanding of architectural and civil drawings.

Positive understanding of architectural drawings, sections, and elevations

Ability to visualize designs with technical and practical clarity

Education (Mandatory)

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)/D.Arch

Desired Profile

Experience specifically in high-rise residential / large-scale gated community projects

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong design sense with attention to details, proportions, and aesthetics

Creative mindset with practical execution skills

Good coordination and communication skills
