Position Overview

The Senior Technical Project Manager (Sr. TPM) will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise and web application projects. This role requires strong technical depth, hands-on experience managing cross-functional engineering teams, and the ability to drive project execution with clarity, predictability, and stakeholder confidence. The Sr. TPM will partner closely with product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure applications.

Key Responsibilities

- 1. Program Project Delivery

Lead the full project lifecycle requirements, planning, estimation, execution, QA, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.

Create and maintain detailed project plans, dependencies, risk registers, RAID logs, and delivery dashboards.

Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of enterprise/web application modules and features.

- 2. Technical Leadership

Understand application architecture, APIs, integrations, databases, and cloud-native components to guide teams and enable informed decision-making.

Collaborate with technical leads/architects to shape solution approaches, design reviews, and technical feasibility assessments.

Support teams in resolving technical blockers and performance/scalability concerns.

- 3. Stakeholder Client Management

Serve as the primary delivery interface for customers and internal stakeholders.

Run regular sprint ceremonies, demos, governance calls, and executive status reviews.

Translate business requirements into actionable workstreams for engineering teams.

Manage expectations proactively with clear communication and transparent reporting.

- 4. Execution Excellence Governance

Drive Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies depending on project needs.

Maintain strong control over scope, quality, timelines,



and budgets through structured governance.

Implement and enforce best practices: CI/CD, code review, test coverage, performance benchmarks, and release readiness.

- 5. Risk, Issues, and Dependencies Management

Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation strategies.

Manage cross-team dependencies, third-party integrations, and environment readiness.

Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory standards.

- 6. People Team Leadership

Lead cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, architects, analysts, and DevOps resources.

Foster collaboration, accountability, and a high-ownership culture within PODs or distributed teams.

Mentor and coach team members on delivery excellence and stakeholder handling.

Qualifications Experience Required
- 12-15+ years of total experience with 7+ years in project/program management.
- Strong background delivering enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, or large-scale web applications.
- Proven experience managing distributed/offshore teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- Web technologies (Angular/React, .NET/Java, NodeJS, microservices)
- Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- API integrations and middleware
- Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)

- Excellent communication, stakeholder, and customer-facing leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Good to Have
- PMP / CSM / SAFe / Prince2 certification.
- Experience with modernization projects (legacy to cloud, UI/UX uplift).
- Exposure to ERP systems, enterprise workflows, or complex integrations.
- Prior experience in product engineering or technical delivery management roles.
