Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the execution of base build construction for large-scale IT Park or commercial office developments.
- Oversee the complete project lifecycle from pre-construction, planning, execution, monitoring, commissioning, and project handover.
- Support the Project Director in achieving project objectives related to schedule, quality, cost, and safety.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Review construction methodologies, work schedules, and contractor progress to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Lead project review meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
- Manage contractor performance, resource planning, and issue resolution throughout the construction phase.




- Ensure effective stakeholder communication and timely decision-making during project execution.

Required Experience

- 15+ years of experience (B.E./B.Tech) or 19+ years (Diploma) in construction project execution.
- Proven experience in IT Park or large-scale Commercial Office Space projects.
- Mandatory experience in Base Build construction.
- Experience managing projects in a PMC (Project Management Consultancy) setting is highly preferred.
- Experience handling end-to-end construction lifecycle from project initiation to handover.

Strong understanding of commercial office building construction, contractor management, and project controls.
