IDMC L3 Support Engineer - Informatica Cloud Platforms (8-12 Years Relevant Experience)

Role Summary

Seeking an experienced IDMC SME (L3 with strong expertise inInformatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), including CDI, CAI, CDQ, CDGC, and MDM. The role will provide L3 technical leadership, advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, platform optimization, and vendor coordination to ensure highly reliable and efficient IDMC operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L3 support forInformatica IDMCservices includingCDI, CAI, CDQ, CDGC, and MDM.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex platform, integration, and performance issues.




- ConductRoot Cause Analysis (RCA)and implement preventive and corrective actions.
- Drive platform performance tuning, optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Support deployments, upgrades, migrations, and configuration management activities.
- Coordinate with Informatica support and vendors for escalations, product issues, and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain support standards, runbooks, and best practices.
- Mentor L1/L2 teams and provide technical guidance for critical incidents and platform operations.
